Bonneville County Fire District #1 is currently accepting applications for one (1) Full-Time Fire Lieutenant position.
We are seeking a motivated fire service professional who is ready to take the next step in their career and serve in a leadership role within our department. The Lieutenant plays an important role in supervising personnel, responding to emergencies, protecting our community, and promoting a strong culture of safety, professionalism, and teamwork.

Position Summary
The principal function of a Fire Lieutenant is to supervise Firefighters and protect the community from disaster situations while providing firefighting and other emergency response services.

The Fire Lieutenant works under the supervision of a Chief Officer and may be called upon to perform the duties of other Fire Department personnel as assigned.
This position requires sound judgment, leadership, teamwork, and the ability to perform effectively in a work environment where employees may be exposed to potential personal danger
