Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Current state-issued driver's license

 

Preferred Qualifications

The following certifications are preferred at the time of hire but may be obtained after employment:

  • IFSAC Firefighter I (required within six (6) months of hire)
  • National Registry EMT (NREMT) (required within twelve (12) months of hire)
